We use clean sustainable energy over a long period of time. Our renewable energy sources like hydroelectric, solar and wind energy produce far less pollution.

RENEWABLE SOURCES OF ENERGY

We have initiated the statutory processes to utilize the Green Power generated for our own use. Precisely why we generate green energy through our wind turbines and solar energy through our solar panels.

Green Energy

We support our government in generating green energy through our Wind Turbines. And we balance our electricity power consumed by creating renewable source of energy, thus reducing Fossil fuel consumption and reducing Air and Water pollution

Solar Panels

We have installed Solar panels at our facility, which provides 60% of our power supply requirement and approximately 80% during summer

Save Energy

As part of greener future program, we are changing to use LED lights instead of conventional fluorescent lights to ensure Non-toxic, 100% recyclable and zero UV emissions

Considering one of the important natural resources of Earth to be prevented in future Atlas is doing Enormous Water Management system in Processing Division. Water is the main source for processing the raw materials of textile industry and we have well designed Effluent Treatment Plant with Zero Liquid Discharge Technology which helps to recycle about 93% of Effluent return back to production process.

Heat Recovery System (HRS)

Italian made Pozzi an Efficient Energy Recovery System which recovers heat from yarn dyeing effluent, helps to improve boiler efficiency by transferring heat energy to pre-heat the boiler feed water.

Pressure Reduction System

We follow the good steam engineering practice of generating steam at high/maximum working pressure, distribute to process with constant required pressure to safe guard process and equipment.

Condensate Recovery System

Increased boiler feed water temperature by quick transfer of condensate from heat process instead of draining to ETP, it can lead to significant savings of energy, Helps in chemical treatment and reduce make-up water consumption.

Caustic Recovery Plant

Our Caustic Recovery Plants convert a large proportion of diluted caustic soda into useful concentrated caustic soda to enable: Energy costs, Control, Reliability and Safety. Our plants are effective to recover caustic from the Waste material – high Caustic, having a high purity level, also this will reduce the effluent load.

Pressure Booster System

Circulation pressure boost system with constant pressure through out the process line which will increase production efficiency and reduce the power/down time/manpower, this is fully automatic controlled by PLC.
