Renewable Energy
Sustainability remains a key focus in how we operate and grow as an organization. We continuously strive to integrate responsible environmental practices into our manufacturing processes.
This commitment guides our decisions, from responsibly sourced energy to power our facilities. By generating renewable energy through wind turbines and solar power, we reduce environmental impact and support cleaner manufacturing. Our focus on eco-friendly inputs and sustainable energy reflects a long-term commitment to responsible and future-ready operations.

Renewable energy from wind and solar plays a key role in reducing our carbon footprint and promoting
sustainable manufacturing.
Sustainable Water Management
Our facility’s Effluent Treatment Plant operate with advanced Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems designed for responsible treatment of used water, recovery, and reuse across wet-processing operations.
Efficient Purification & Recovery
Multi-stage treatment processes, supported by biological and membrane purification technologies, enable high quantity water recovery. Recovered water is systematically recycled for reuse in dyeing operations, significantly reducing dependence on freshwater resources.

Advanced Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
Caustic Recovery System
Designed to recover and reuse caustic solutions, improving chemical efficiency and reducing operational waste.
Pressure Recovery System
Optimizes energy utilization by capturing and reusing process pressure, supporting overall system efficiency.
Sludge Dryer System
Reduces moisture in treatment sludge, enabling efficient handling, volume reduction, and environmentally responsible disposal.
Emissions & Climate Action
Energy Efficiency & Process Optimization
We continuously improve operational efficiency through structured energy management practices and advanced process optimization initiatives designed to reduce overall emissions intensity across manufacturing operations. with an aim to achieve this, we installed imported machines, viz., Cold Pad Batch systems(Kusters – Germany), RF Yarn Dryer(Stalam – Italy), Packaged Dyeing Machine(Fongs – Europe), Hydraulic Jiggers, etc. to support optimized resource utilization, lower energy consumption, and enhanced process performance.
Renewable Fuel & Low-Carbon Transition (Coal Eliminated)
To minimize fossil fuel dependency, our facilities utilize biomass briquettes derived from agricultural waste, supporting renewable energy adoption and reduced carbon impact in thermal processes.

Heat Recovery & Thermal Efficiency
Advanced Heat Recovery Systems (HRS) integrated within processing operations capture and reuse waste thermal energy from the Pozzi range, improving fuel efficiency and lowering energy losses.
Condensate Recovery System
Our condensate recovery system captures and reuses steam condensate within thermal processes, improving boiler efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and minimizing water and energy losses across operations.
Waste Reduction & Circularity
Structured Waste Management Framework
Waste streams generated across manufacturing operations are managed through a systematic framework designed to promote responsible handling, segregation, recovery, and environmentally compliant disposal.
Solid & Organic Waste Management
Fabric and cloth waste generated during production is carefully segregated and directed toward responsible reuse and recycling channels, supporting material recovery and reducing landfill burden.
Biodegradable waste, including food waste from facility operations, is managed through controlled disposal and sustainable handling practices, ensuring minimized environmental impact across non-production activities.

Sludge Recovery & Beneficial Reuse
Sludge generated during effluent treatment undergoes controlled clarification and stabilization processes. The treated sludge is responsibly repurposed and periodically dispatched for building material manufacturing applications as an alternative raw material, supporting circular resource efficiency.
Reject & Residue Management
Residual streams from treatment processes are handled through advanced Evaporator Systems (MEE) and ATFD (Agitated Thin Film Dryer) technologies, enabling volume reduction and safe solid separation under a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) regime.
By integrating waste reduction, recovery, reuse, and responsible disposal practices, we minimize environmental impact while enhancing operational sustainability and material efficiency.
Safer Chemicals & Pollution Control
Responsible Chemical & Process Management
Chemical inputs across wet-processing operations are managed through controlled selection, handling, and monitoring practices to ensure safety, stability, and environmental protection. Our approach complies with ZDHC, REACH, and relevant European Union regulatory requirements.
Organic Cotton Processing Integrity
Our dyeing operations include organic cotton-based production, where processing parameters and chemical applications are carefully managed to preserve material integrity while meeting required performance and quality standards.

Process-Integrated Pollution Control
Effluent streams generated during dyeing and processing are treated through a multi-stage Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) supported by Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, ensuring effective contaminant reduction and prevention of untreated discharge. In alignment with ZDHC requirements, in-house wastewater testing and regular monitoring of key pollutants are conducted to ensure compliance, process control, and environmental protection.
Through systematic treatment infrastructure, responsible chemical management, and continuous monitoring, we minimize environmental impact while maintaining safe and compliant manufacturing operations.
